Polenta-donuts

Preparation steps
- mix the polenta with flour, add baking powder, baking soda, salt to taste, two egg yolks, which you have previously whipped, then sour milk, plain milk, let the mixture "rest" for 10 minutes.
- meanwhile, heat the oil, take out the dough with a large kitchen spoon and gently lower it into the heated oil.
- when the donuts turn brown on one side, turn them carefully, on the other side, take them out on a paper towel to soak up the excess fat.
Serving
serve warm and they are good and cold
