Preparation steps
- Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, add water and oil.
- When it is thick, add flour, thickener, baking powder. Finally, mix in the egg whites.
- Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown. When baked, allow to cool.
- FOR FILLING: Boil egg yolks, sugar, pudding and flour in milk. Cool the obtained cream well and add frothed margarine to the cold.
- Cut the cold biscuit in half and soak it in black coffee. Spread one half of the biscuit with cream, put the other half on it. Coat the whole cake with cream.
- Whip the whipping cream, then coat the top of the cake. Place in the fridge to cool.
- It is best to make the cake the day before, and fill the whipped cream before cutting.
