Plump buns
Although the basis of this recipe was not the application of preparing the test according to the recipe of the Simili sisters, I had to try it and I did not regret it. Either I fantasize or the dough really gets a little different.
Preparation steps
- Put flour, sugar, yeast and warm milk in a glass bowl with a tightly closed lid. Stir and leave covered to rise for half an hour at room temperature.
- Put sifted flour in another bowl, make a hollow, and pour all the other ingredients into it. Stir with a spoon and add the mixture to the first dough. Knead everything well into a compact dough. Leave it for an hour at room temperature to double the volume.
- If it is necessary to peel the sausages from the outer plastic and if they are bigger, cut them into three parts so that you get 12 parts.
- Tear the pieces from the dough, stretch them a little with your hands and wrap the sausages. Arrange on a baking sheet on which you have placed baking paper. When you have arranged them all. cover them and leave for half an hour at room temperature.
- After 15 minutes, turn on the oven to heat to 200 degrees.
- Coat the rolls with a fork and beaten egg and sprinkle with fennel seeds.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
