Plumcake of vegetables and feta
A beautiful mixture of colors and flavors in one place
Preparation steps
- Wash the peppers and cut them into cubes, as well as other ingredients: cheese, tomato and olives.
- Mix flour with baking powder. Beat eggs, salt and pepper and mix them with milk and oil, and then chopped vegetables and cheese. Then add flour and mix everything well
- Grease an elongated baking dish and sprinkle with a little flour
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Pour the mixture into an elongated mold and bake for 50 min.
- Cool and remove from the mold
Serving
Red peppers can also be pre-roasted, peeled and put in the mass instead of fresh ones. Feta cheese can be replaced with grated Gruyère cheese, and if you do not have sun-dried tomatoes * it can be replaced with 50 g of green olives
