Plum pie-Ikea
I love all the things for the kitchen, which carry the Ikea label. So there was no greater happiness than when I found the recipe for this plum pie, which they say is from their restaurant. Of course, the model is from the same company.
Preparation steps
- Wash and cut the plums in half, then remove the stones.
- Steam the almonds and remove the brown skin. Dry and grind, but so that you have both smaller and larger pieces.
- Turn on the oven to heat to 180 ° C.
- Melt the butter and cool, then place it in a mixing bowl. Add sugar and whisk into a light mass. Add one egg at a time, sour cream, ground almonds, a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar.
- Grease the round mold with butter.
- Roll out the puff pastry into a moodle shape on the work surface with a rolling pin.
- Carefully moisten the mold with the dough, pressing it against the sides as well.
- Pour the almond mixture over the dough and arrange the plum halves as you wish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Serving
When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
