Plum crumble!

Fine fragrant crumble with cardamom.

Preparation steps

  • Peel the plums and cut them in half and place them in a bowl in which they will be baked (a little deeper), mix the sugar with the density and sprinkle over the plums and put or sprinkle with cardamom powder on top.
  • Put flour, sugar, cinnamon, oatmeal, lemon or orange peel in a bowl, add butter and rub everything lightly by hand to make crumbs when it is done sprinkle plums to cover everything and there are no holes (if it is not well covered then the juice drain out) and put in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30-35 minutes depending on the oven or when the crust gets a nice yellow crayon.
  • When done, add ice cream if desired and enjoy the fragrant crumb!
  • It is best to work with ripe plums as juicy and red as this one I did a long time ago, and today I made with a little harder so the color is different!
