Plastic chocolate with honey instead of glucose
I downloaded the recipe from the Italian cookaround and I use it for decorating and coating cakes as well as ticino mass
Preparation steps
- Melt the chocolate on the stove, then add water and honey and mix everything well, it must not boil!
- put a little powdered sugar on the work surface and pour the melted chocolate honey water mixture on it and knead by adding powdered sugar until you get a nice solid mass for shaping or rolling
- can be stored in a pvc bag and stored in the refrigerator for up to 90 days.
- when you need it take a piece and put it in the microwave for 10 seconds and it is ready to use again
