Plasma slice
A wonderful cake, my choice for the Easter table. The children were delighted, and so were the slightly older ones ... :)
Preparation steps
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk them in solid snow gradually adding sugar, spoon by spoon. Then add the egg yolks one by one, stirring constantly. Finally, add flour and baking powder and lightly assemble everything with a food processor. Shake in a large oven tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180'C for 13-15 minutes. Remove, cool and cut in half.
- Prepare the gelatine according to the instructions on the bag. Whip the sour cream into a solid whipped cream, add the cheese, prepared and dissolved gelatin, sugar and ground plasma.
- Place the patisserie on a tray, coat with half of the cream, arrange the plasters one by one, soaked in milk with rum. Then put the other part of the cream and finally the patisserie. Whip the sweet sour cream and coat the cake. Decorate as desired.
- Refrigerate well overnight, serve with coffee, in good company. :)
- I decorated it like this, and you can sprinkle with coarsely grated chocolate, if desired ...
