Plasma Pasha Lokum - Sultan's sweet sarma
Turkish specialty that is very popular in our country, extremely tasty and this is the most creamy thing I have ever made! Incredibly soft and fine, no baking. I'm not sure that I made the bark properly, it cracked in places and it's quite tender, so you have to be very careful, and before you roll it, you have to cool it down very well.
Preparation steps
- In 200 ml of milk, stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa, thickener, combine well so that there are no lumps. broken into cubes and butter, mix well until everything is nicely combined. Pour the warm mixture into a 32x40 tray sprinkled with ground plasma. Cool first at room temperature and refrigerate for a few hours, preferably overnight. Whip the sweet sour cream and coat over cut.Cut first the longer part, then the transverse part into 6 parts, roll towards the middle, preferably with a spatula because the bark is very sensitive.
