Plasma cake

The right cake for these hot summer days and those who do not have much time to prepare the cake. I believe that there is no person who would not like this cake. :)

Preparation steps

  • Pour the ground "Plasma" and juice into a bowl. Then, in another bowl, whisk the margarine (butter) with powdered sugar (preferably with a mixer) until you get a smooth mass. Combine the biscuits, juice and margarine mixed with sugar and add the chocolate that you melted. on the stove, raisins and rum. Mix all this well, to unite the mass. Transfer the mass to a plateau, shape as desired and put in the fridge to stand for about an hour. Whisk the icing foam with sour water and place the icing over the cake. Sprinkle grated chocolate over the icing.
