Plasma balls with banana and peanut butter

Balls with plasma biscuit, banana and peanut butter ... My original idea was to be only with peanut butter, but then the banana came to the rescue unplanned because I didn't have enough peanut butter and I needed something creamy to bind the mixture ... and that's how these unusual balls came to be. :) We really liked them, I hope you will too if you try them. :)

Preparation steps

  • Put peanut butter, coconut oil and honey in a pan, heat and stir until everything melts and blends nicely. Allow to cool slightly.
  • Meanwhile, grind the plasma biscuits, add the mashed banana and a mixture of peanut butter, coconut oil and honey, and mix everything well. I blended everything into a chopper. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  • Take it out, form small balls and arrange them on the tray on which you put the baking paper. I dropped 18 balls from this mixture. Put the tray with the balls back in the fridge.
  • Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with a teaspoon of coconut oil. Allow to cool.
  • Take the balls out of the fridge and lower each one into the chocolate with a fork, lift to drain off the excess chocolate and arrange them back on the baking paper.
  • Return to the fridge to let the chocolate set and the balls cool, then enjoy! :)
  • Pleasant!
