Plasma "baklava"

in the Greek way

Preparation steps

  • First prepare the syrup: combine water, sugar and vanilla sugar. Cook for about 15 minutes, on low heat. Leave to cool! Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Add oil, yogurt, then sit. Then, add ground walnuts, ground plasma and baking powder. Unite. In a pan, coated with a little oil, put 2 sheets of noodles, then coat with the mixture. Cover with two sheets of noodles, then coat again with the mixture. Repeat the process until the ingredients are used up. Finish with two sheets of noodles. Coat with a little oil, then cut the pie into pieces. Bake at 200 C for about half an hour, then reduce the temperature to 150 C and bake for another 30 minutes. If necessary, cover the pie with foil. Pour cold syrup over the baked "baklava" immediately.
  • Leave it to absorb the syrup and cool ...
  • ... so serve!
