Great replacement for gluten-free bread
Preparation steps
- Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pieces. Put together with the other ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture without pieces. Put the liquid ingredients in a blender first to make it easier to whisk.
- Bake in a waffle maker at high temperature until the green light comes on.
- When you have baked all the waffles / biscuits, put them in the oven turned on at 150 C, for 7-10 minutes, until they become crispy. You can avoid this step if you bake waffles / biscuits longer!
- * Be sure to use coconut protein for the recipe, not the classic coconut flour.
