Pizza with sour cream (piroška)

Preparation steps
- Knead the dough from yeast, milk, water, eggs, oil and flour. It is separated from the measured water a little, the yeast is stirred in it, and it is waited for it to come. Then knead the dough and divide it into 8 noodles, so the noodles are left to rise. When they grow, they are rolled out with a rolling pin, coated with ketchup and sour cream and all the ingredients are "thrown in", at the end it is grated, plain white cheese and rolled into a roll.
- This is done with all eight noodles, and the rolls are arranged in a large tray of spores, side by side.
- Place in a preheated oven to bake. The oven is turned on at 180 degrees and baked for half an hour. Towards the end of baking, the pie is removed from the oven and each roll is coated with sour cream on top, then returned to the oven to bake a little more.
- Wait for it to cool (if patience serves you), then cut. It goes well with yogurt, and especially beer…
