Pizza with sardines and black olives
I borrowed a great dough recipe from TouchSun (thanks! :)), and I hope that the combination of ingredients on the pizza will inspire someone else…
Preparation steps
- Dough:
- In 1 dl of lukewarm water, crush a cube of fresh yeast with a teaspoon of sugar, mix well and let it rise.
- Meanwhile, place the flour in a large bowl, add salt, olive oil and mix everything nicely. Finally add the risen yeast and about 1 dl of lukewarm water (as needed). Knead the dough that sticks to your hands a little more (so it should not be hard). Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes to be soft as a foam.
- Make a ball of dough, place it in a bowl, cover with a dry cloth and leave for about 20 minutes to stand in the warm.
- Stuffing:
- Mix sugar, salt and rosemary in the tomato paste and pour over the dough.
- Arrange sardines, olives and cheese sliced into very thin slices over the dough and tomatoes.
- Place the pizza in an oven preheated to 200 ° C and bake for 15-20 minutes. Good apetite!
Serving
I used half the dough for the pizza in the picture. Any other salty cheese (eg feta) can be added instead of parmesan. It is only important that the whole pizza remains ‘seafood’, ie salty. Eat with good red wine and really enjoy! :)
