Pizza capricciosa meets pizza margherita
Pizza margherita is made with tomato and mozzarella, and pizza capricciosa is made with mozzarella and mushrooms, so I decided to combine the two and make a good combination even better for the sense of taste :-)
Preparation steps
- Dough Dissolve the yeast in a little water. Mix all the ingredients and knead a smooth dough. Leave for an hour to rise.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to be round in shape, the size of a pizza pan.
- Tomato stuffing and 150 g mozzarella cut into rings. Slice the champignons. Finely grate 50 g mozzarella.
- Stacking Put 6 tablespoons of pizza sauce on the dough. Arrange a slice of red tomato, a slice of mozzarella, a slice of orange tomato on the edge of the dough. Repeat the process until a full circle is made (I needed 4 rings of red and orange tomatoes, as well as 8 rings of mozzarella). Sprinkle grated mozzarella in the middle and arrange the champignons. Finally sprinkle with parsley or basil. Coat the edge of the dough with olive oil. Bake at 230 C, 20-25 minutes.
