Pitica
Again something quick and easy… There are various versions of these quick pies, I liked this combination so much, that I was sorry when I realized that I was full and that I really can't anymore :)
Preparation steps
- Turn the oven to 200 degrees.
- Cut the onion into small pieces and fry in a little olive oil. Add the crushed garlic and chicken and simmer for a few minutes on low heat. Towards the end, add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and season to taste.
- Meanwhile, in a larger bowl, mix the yogurt, eggs, oil, flour, and baking powder. Grease a fireproof dish, then pour the prepared dough into it, pour the evenly deep-fried chicken over it.
- Mix 2 eggs with mileram and milk, salt and pepper, and pour over the prepared pie. Sprinkle with a little grated parmesan and bake for 20 minutes.
Serving
Serve with beetroot salad or as desired…
