Preparation steps

  • Knead the dough and divide it into two parts. Place one part in the freezer and the other part in a greased and floured tin. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C. For the filling: beat the egg whites until stiff, put the yoghurt, sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and flour in another bowl. Finally, lightly stir in the egg whites into the mixture. Take out the half-baked dough and spread the filling evenly on it. Grate the frozen part of the dough, return to the oven to get a golden yellow color.
