Pistachio and apricot salami

Preparation steps

  • In the multipractice, grind the apricots to make them as a puree, or in a way that suits you, chop the pistachios roughly, then mix them with the apricots and add sugar, and combine the mass well.
  • Divide the mass into two parts, and make two rolls about 18 cm long from the mass. And in the previous recipe I wrote that I did this on baking paper.
  • Leave for a day to dry, cut into slices and serve, PLEASANT ........
