Preparation steps

  • Finely chop the parsley and garlic (if you can use you can also put garlic powder). Cut the hake into pieces (make sure they are all the same size so that everything is baked together). Roll the hake pieces in a mixture of garlic, parsley and crumbs. Shake off the excess crumbs. so move to another bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice marinade, salt, pepper and olive oil. Leave the hake to marinate for an hour in a cool place. Drain the fish and skewer on the skewers, namely with rings of onions and zucchini. Bake on the grill or grill pan (in which case add a little oil) for about ten minutes, turning occasionally and pouring over the remnants of the marinade. Add salt and steam as needed.

Serving

Serve with a salad, rice-biz, cooked vegetables, etc. You can do the same with chicken, turkey or pork.
