Pir flour from the baker

Delicious and healthy bread for the whole family. A little of the yeast escaped me so it spilled over the bowl which caused us problems when we took it out. As with other bakeries, the principle is the same - everything else is nuanced

Preparation steps

  • When making bread in a bread maker, it is important to follow the food placement schedule. So the foods listed here are written in the order of placing them in the baking dish, and the first food on the list, we put the first one in the baking dish (specifically water).
  • When everything is put in the oven (mine is Electrolux's), I usually choose the first program for baking white bread, which is the longest and the whole process of mixing, raising the dough and baking takes 3 hours (if you want a crispier crust, respect the oven)

Serving

we trimmed the crust of almost all the bread (we had our own hehe) and sniffed it so hot and crispy with salted butter
