"Pindjur my way"
Roasted peppers in the company of tomatoes complement each other better, and if we add garlic and parsley, you will get a great winter.
Preparation steps
- Wash, roast, peel and clean the red pepper from the seeds. Strain.
- Strained peppers cut into strips.
- Add oil to the cheese sickle. When the oil heats up add the chopped strips of paprika and fry over medium heat. Stir occasionally so as not to get caught.
- Wash the tomatoes, peel them, press them a little and strain them. Cut into medium pieces. Pass out another sieve and cook until the liquid evaporates. When the liquid almost evaporates add the peppers. Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon so that the mixture does not get caught. Add salt to taste. Add sugar and wine vinegar of 4% strength.
- Add the garlic cut into thin rings and finely chopped parsley. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
- Almost cooked pindjurom
- fill hot jars and cover with warm lids. Close well. Wrap the jars in warm water and leave to cool on their own. When cool store them in a cool room or refrigerator.
