Pies with cherries with a plasma base

No, this is no ordinary cherry pie! With a plasma base, crispy dough on top, and a filling that is not ordinary (like anything else in this pie) you will surely enjoy it!

Preparation steps

  • Mix the plasma with melted butter and spread it on the baking tray as a base, flatten it with a rolling pin.
  • Knead the dough from the listed ingredients, if it breaks, add more sour cream. Put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours to harden so that it rolls out more easily.
  • Drain the cherries. Add sugar to the juice mixed with water and bring to the boil. Stir the thickener with a little water, add to the juice and cook on low heat. When it thickens, add the cherries.
  • Place the cherries on the plasma base. Carefully transfer the rolled dough over the cherries (it is brittle). You can roll it out on baking paper and transfer it more easily. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until it turns brown.
