Pie with ajvar
All of you who love homemade ajvar ..- be sure to try this !!! And the rest of you too ... !!!. The pie is excellent, fine, filling ....- it is especially fine with a tablespoon of sour cream ... .
Preparation steps
- Finely chop the onion and fry it in a little oil. When it has become browned, add the minced meat. When the meat is fried, add finely chopped garlic and season well with salt, and a little pepper. Remove from the heat and stir in the ajvar. (I had 9 crusts, so I put them in 3 rows, and divided the filling in half - at the bottom and at the top there must be crusts) Sprinkle each crust with a little oil or brush. After the crust, put the filling, then the crust and then the filling again. ... let's finish with the crusts.
- Sprinkle the top with oil, prick with a fork and cut into pieces. Turn the oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix eggs and sour cream, then pour this mixture over the pie. Bake it for about 40 minutes.
- Cut into pieces and serve with sour cream.
