Piccata Milanese
I love Italian food, and this is a particularly good thing for me .. :)
Preparation steps
- Steaks
- Salt the fillets.
- Toss in flour, egg and finally in bread crumbs mixed with parmesan.
- Fry the breadcrumbs in hot oil.
- Tomato sauce
- Fry onions in oil.
- Add tomatoes.
- Add spices and cook over low heat (preferably with a lid) until the tomatoes are cooked through (don’t forget to stir occasionally).
- Pasta
- Cook in salted water. Drain.
Serving
First put the sauce on a plate, then arrange the breadcrumbs and pasta on the sauce. You can also serve a lemon if desired.
