Picasso chicken

Preparation steps
- Chop the chicken into smaller pieces, add salt, pepper and fry in a little butter and oil, then place on a baking sheet. Fry the onion in the same oil. Cut the peppers into rings and place them over the chicken, and over them fry the onions.
- In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and peeled and chopped tomatoes. Let it simmer for 4-5 minutes, then add the garlic and continue to fry for another 1-2 minutes, then add the cilantro, salt, pepper and nutmeg pinch, then pour in 1/2 cup of water and half a cup of cooking cream. Leave to simmer for 3-4 minutes, then pour over the meat and peppers.
- Sprinkle grated cheese and a little chopped cilantro over the sauce and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 425 F.
