Pheasant pate
Here is a quick and easy treat for all fans of this feathered game. I personally like pheasant soup the most, but I make sure to use meat and vegetables to make this delicious pate :)
Preparation steps
- Put all the ingredients from the pre-cooked soup in a blender, add spices and strain.
- Put in a bowl, refrigerate for a couple of hours.
