Peruvian cake
recipe received from mom… so easy… :)
Preparation steps
- egg white + a little stem mix 3 egg yolks + a little stem + 250g cream margarine mix 500 ml sweet mix 4 sour cream 20% + 250g stem ALL MIX IN A HUGE BOWL put a lot of canned peaches in a little compote juice dissolve only 1 gelatin
- Spread the rest of the margarine on all sides and sprinkle well with biscuits, pour 1/3 of the cream on it, flatten, sprinkle generously with biscuits and lightly press, repeat 3X (so finish with biscuits)
Serving
cool well and serve for 3 hours, it's great on the third day if it stays :)
