Persipan mass
.... mLogo cheaper version of big brother marzipan. The procedure is about the same, but instead of almonds use apricot, apricot or peach pits.

Preparation steps
- Boil the bones briefly in boiling water, remove the shrimp and arrange in a frying pan
- Heat them gently, taking care not to burn them for about 3-4 minutes, just to release the aroma.
- When completely cooled, grind them into the finest powder, and mix the smooth mixture with powdered sugar, add rose water or sugar syrup if necessary.
- Mix until you get the right consistency. You can store it in the freezer.

You can use Persipan in all recipes where marzipan goes :)
