Peppers stuffed with cheese and semolina

This is my version of the recipe for stuffed peppers with cheese. The semolina will give the filling a foamy structure, so it will not be sparse and spill out. They are very tasty, I recommend you try and prepare this light and delicious meal :)

Preparation steps

  • - Whisk the egg yolks with the cheese, add salt as needed, semolina and 5 tablespoons of oil. - Whisk the egg whites separately and combine with the egg yolk mixture, stirring lightly.
  • - Fill the hollowed-out peppers and arrange them upside down in an oiled pan. - Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Serving

Serve peppers cold, as a main dish. :) Pleasant
