Pelte (fruit pudding)

This dessert was prepared a long time ago by my beloved grandmother, my mother and now I. I always prepare it in the fall because it is the main ingredient in cheese (grape juice), so as yesterday I helped mine to collect grapes for wine, today I got cheese and made this great dessert for me :)

Preparation steps

  • Pour most of the juice into the skillet to cook, and in the smaller part mix the density and sugar nicely so that no lumps remain, then add it to the skillet and cook, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes. Finally, add the walnuts, pour into the appropriate, listed dishes, wait for it to cool and enjoy the wonderful taste :)
