The Russian traditional dish of pelmeni is quite a picture of Italian tortellini that can be bought everywhere in Europe. Usually dumplings are cooked, but my Roman likes to fry them and combine different spices so that he achieves incredibly pleasant flavors.

Preparation steps

  • 1. In one pan, fry the onion cut into rings, adding a little water and after 3-4 minutes add the peeled tomatoes and harris.
  • 2. At the same time fry the dumplings in a little oil, to which you also occasionally add a little water. After 5-7 minutes of frying, when both the onion and the pelmeni become brownish, we put everything in one pan and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  • 3. Serve warm. It can be served with various sauces (mayonnaise, ketchup, cream - whoever likes)
