Peka “Kraljevo Selo”

Preparation steps
- Wash, slice and marinate the champignons in and olive oil. Marinate the meat in spices. Cut the potatoes into pieces. Grease the baking with 2 tablespoons of lard. Arrange the potatoes first, then the champignons and put the meat on top. Halve 1 red onion and one apple (it would be good if it is sweet) and put it on top. After about an hour (depending on the temperature) open and sprinkle with finely chopped breadcrumbs and bake for another hour.
- Make a good grill… put the bottom of the oven on the grill… cover and pile the grill on the lid (or light a fire).
- Note: if you are not very experienced in baking, you can open the lid more often to see how the bottom and top progress and adjust the grill power as needed.

Serve warm. For an aperitif, serve the wine “Ždrepčeva krv” chilled to 10 - 15 ° C
