Peasant pizza
Top quality, not too greasy, pizza for winter evenings.
Preparation steps
- Knead the dough according to the universal recipe. Pour on the stretched dough and spread about 1.5 dcl of mashed tomatoes, mixed with a little oregano and a pinch of salt. Then! Small! grate gouda cheese, tear the neck, put sliced fresh mushrooms, and season with sliced onion rings, slices of tea salami (not too thick!) and oregano.
Serving
Best served with your favorite beer.
