Pear mousse "For two kids"
When a friend from kindergarten comes to visit your child, and in addition to small biscuits and juice, you want to offer them something else…, it's time for your resourcefulness, imagination and improvisation, it's time for something quick, simple and nice neka and another tempting look …. And that's how this foam was made…
Preparation steps
- Wash the pears, peel them, remove the stones in the middle part, cut them into pieces and mix them with a stick mixer or mash them well with a fork (if they are quite soft).
- Add vanilla sugar, powdered sugar (it doesn't have to be 100 g as in the recipe, you can add more or less, to your liking), yogurt and drizzle a little lemon juice (optional). I squeezed half a lemon because I used a lot of sweet pears (red williams). Mix everything together.
- Lightly stir in the whipped sweet cream into the above mixture.
- Pour into suitable glasses.
- Garnish with whipped sweet cream to which you have added a little food coloring as desired (I added yellow). Sprinkle with colorful crumbs.
- Cut 2 slices of pear about 1/2 cm thick and cut out hearts (or some other shapes) with a small mold and decorate the foam with them.
- Cool slightly in the refrigerator and serve.
Serving
Of course, I didn't even get to cool the foam. As soon as she was done she had to be served immediately, and immediately with wide smiles on her face she was eaten…
