Pear and buckwheat cake
Although the taste of buckwheat flour does not suit everyone, when you bring ten cookies to your colleagues at work and they are all eaten in an instant, it is the best compliment that the cake is delicious.
Preparation steps
- Mix the soft flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt, and in another bowl, whisk together the butter, sugar and vanilla flavoring. Add eggs and prepared soft flour.
- Once the mixture is combined add the buckwheat flour, grated rind of one lemon and liqueur.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line a 20x30cm baking tin with baking paper and pour in the prepared mixture.
- Peel a pear, grate it and squeeze the juice. Heat the jam and juice of whole lemon a little, and coat the prepared mixture with it. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
