Peanut grits

Simply irresistible for all peanut lovers!

Preparation steps

  • Mix the egg whites into a stiff batter lightly adding the sugar mixed with the vanilla sugar. Finally, add coarsely ground peanuts. Line a (large) baking tray with baking paper and pour out the egg white mixture. Bake at 180 * for about 20 min
  • CREAM: Mix the sugar and put the egg yolks to steam together with the butter and chocolate. When the mixture thickens, remove it from the steam and cool it well.
  • Cut the baked biscuit into three equal crusts, coat with cream and decorate with chocolate glaze.
