Preparation steps

Place to bake in a preheated oven at 200c, 5 min. But be sure to put a larger baking tray under the cake pan because the butter from the base leaks a little so that it doesn't drip on the oven. While the base is baking, suck the fillings;)

  • Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks, and beat the egg whites until stiff. In another bowl, briefly mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar with the egg yolks, then add the egg whites and stir only briefly to combine. Divide the mixture into two equal parts and add the melted chocolate to one and the peanut butter to the other. Remove the base from the oven and reduce to 170 C. First pour the peanut butter filling, then carefully spread the chocolate filling over it and bake for 50 minutes at 170 C. The physics is done when you shake the mold slightly and the middle barely moves, it seems to you shake the pudding slightly;) Leave to cool at room temp and then in the fridge, preferably overnight.
