Peacock cake
An explosion of taste in one bite !!!
Preparation steps
- Whisk 3 egg whites into a stiff batter, add 3 teaspoons of sugar and whisk until melted. Mix 50g of chopped walnuts, 50g of chopped raisins, 50g of chopped figs and 1 tablespoon of flour and add it all to the beaten egg whites, mix lightly and put in a greased mold (26cm), bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 * C, (depending on the oven) . Repeat the process so that 3 crusts are obtained.
- Steam the egg yolk with the sugar until it thickens in the chilled add the margarine. Coat the crusts and decorate the cake as desired.
