Peach and apple jam
Not very sweet, but fine
Preparation steps
- Pour boiling water over the peaches to soften the skin and then peel them. Peel and slice. Mix peeled and sliced apples (1 kg of pure apples) with peaches and sprinkle with sugar. Leave to stand until the next day. and put in the oven.After 1, 5 hours of cooking with constant stirring add lemon juice and jelly and cook for another half hour.Fill in hot jars.When cooled sprinkle with sugar and bake on top.Connect with cellophane or close with a lid.
Serving
It may seem like a little sugar but trust me it isn’t. If the apples are more acidic and if you like it more sweet add more sugar.
