Pea stew
Pea stew is remembered by most of us as a dish from childhood, but it is not out of place to repeat the material once more before embarking on evoking memories. Healthy, home-made and filling - all in one go!
Preparation steps
- Peel a squash, wash it, cut it into cubes and put it to boil in boiling salted water. Let it cook for fifteen minutes.
- Shortly fry diced bacon in olive oil, add salsa, drained and washed peas, boiled potatoes, water and boil briefly.
- Finallyaddthe corn starch that you have stirred in a little water, dill and let it all boil once more.
Serving
Serve as a standalone dish or with toasted bread.
Advice
If you want your dish to be more southerly, add cooked pasta instead of potatoes.
