# patispanja

Mom's patish

Our mother often made us patisserie, sometimes topped with agave, sometimes dry - and it would always disappear faster than it appeared.

Nutma - Patispanja

Some call it nutma, some patišpanja, some bučma, basically everything is the same, just another name from place to place. Bosnian cake ... and I don't think anyone has published it here yet… There is a story about nutma: namely, old people say "if someone comes to you while you are preparing this cake, you shouldn't let it go until it is baked because otherwise it will" to lie down "will not come nicely."

Patišpanj

Very easy to prepare with few ingredients, and very tasty

Patispanja with walnuts and raisins

Enriched patisserie that is not topped with agave, but served dry and cut into small cubes.
