My child adores him. Unbelievable, but in addition to all the cakes, he asks me to make him a patispan. If only you could see the case on his face. It was as if I had prepared shit for him.

Preparation steps

  • Whisk the egg whites with a mixer.
  • Add sugar and continue to stir. And add the egg yolks and stir again.
  • Add flour and stir until the mixture is combined.
  • I just add cocoa to make the patispan look like something.
  • Oil and flour the dish in which the mixture will be baked.
  • Bake at 220 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
