Patispan with fruit
Since I am a new gourmet on this blog, I don't know if this recipe has already been mentioned somewhere, and even if it is, I don't have a headache :)
Preparation steps
- Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar well with a mixer.
- When the mixture is well beaten, add the remaining ingredients: flour, oil, yogurt and baking powder. Stir well with a ladle until a firm and smooth mixture is obtained.
- Place the dough in a tray previously coated with margarine. Sprinkle fruit on top (I put cherries, raspberries and a little cranberry). Bake at 170 ° for about 25 minutes.
- If desired, icing can be added to the finished cake (although it is much better without it).
Serving
Serve with homemade cold juice of mint, blueberry or pomegranate.
