PATATESLİ KOL BÖREĞİ / quick burek / cheese and potato pie
A simple burek of cheese and potatoes. It is much finer cold / room temperature with yogurt. The recipe goes on request.
Preparation steps
- Preparation: Peel and cook the potatoes. Make it finely with a fork and let it cool a bit. Add the cheese, a pinch of hot pepper, pepper and salt and finely chopped parsley. Stir everything together to combine. Melt the butter with the oil / plain or olive as desired. Take the crust for noodles / pies, coat with a mixture of fat, put another one, put the filling on the bottom of the sheet, roll it tightly. Cut into 4 parts. Arrange on the baking sheet on which you put the baking paper. Repeat the process until you have used up all the ingredients. Coat with the rest of the fat. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C / 30min until they get a nice color.
- Serve cold with yogurt.
