Patates Ezme
Spread, meza, side dish, mashed potatoes that you can eat for breakfast with cheese and vegetables or as a side dish for lunch.
Preparation steps
- Put the raisins in hot water for half an hour. Boil the potatoes in their skins. Peel them and make them into smaller pieces with a fork. Let everything cool down a bit, then add the spices, raisins, salt and pepper. finish everything to your liking by adding oils and lemon juice. Serve at room temperature.
