Pasutice with homemade sausages.
When your child starts clapping after eating a few bites, you know you’ve done something good. I ask him why he applauds..so he says: Mom, I applaud you because this is delicious (mom's love for 4.5 years) That's so much for an introduction :)
Preparation steps
- Since pasutice is a traditional Istrian pasta, it somehow goes well with homemade sausages. Although I believe that it would be equally successful with some purchases ... it is important that they are for stoves. I don't know what knocked my son off his feet so much ... maybe pasta ... I don't know. I will try this a few more times with something else :)
- While the water is trying to boil, prepare the onion and garlic. I like onions in strips ... like this. Simmer it lightly until it softens ... add salt and pepper. Add the garlic and simmer a little more.
- After that, add the sausages ... cut like this.
- The sauce is ready, the water has boiled ... let's add pasutice ... which look like this. I think I will try them in cabbage rags .... We love to eat pasta so much that we walk around the squares and look for what we haven't eaten yet ...... we rarely find something new :) Klara Marić has both traditional and unusual. They also have some strange two-color pasta (with spinach, cuttlefish ink and CHILE), but I have to go to Slovenia to get them ... because they don't have them for our market ....
- We cook these pastries and add them to the sausages. Mix and grate fine fine Parmesan cheese.
- Good apetite.
