Pasta with octopus in cream sauce
My 1st recipe :-)))) My daughter loves octopus and my son dough :-), I searched for a long time on the net for a recipe that would suit us, but I couldn't find it without cream, so to everyone's satisfaction I combined fine and simple food from now on often at our table!
Preparation steps
- Octopus, frozen because it cooks faster, already cleaned before freezing, cook in water for about 20-30 minutes. until it becomes soft. It can be cooked freely and for longer if you are unsure. But then much longer not to stay tough. Remove, drain, cool, cut into small pieces. Cook the dough in salted water, with a little oil.
- Saute finely chopped garlic in a little olive oil, when it is almost done, add finely chopped garlic. Stir and simmer briefly. Immediately add the octopus pieces, sauté a little, add the cooking cream. Wait for it to boil, stir.
- Due to the density, if desired, add very little flour or density before mixing in a glass with a little cold water. Put in the sauce, stir and bring to the boil. Add all other ingredients. Stir and cook gently for a few minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve with a green salad, for sweetness!
Serving
Sprinkle the pasta with parmesan if desired.
