Pasta with ham, mushrooms and zucchini

Another simple recipe how to use the ham left over from Easter !!

Preparation steps

  • Bring the water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the instructions. This time I used Fusille (screws, screws, spirals or whatever anyone calls them :-) but you can also use any other pasta
  • Cut the zucchini first into circles and then each circle into quarters so that the pieces are not too large. Cut the ham into cubes.
  • Finely chop the onion and sauté it. When it turns yellow, add the mushrooms and fry them briefly. Add the zucchini and simmer until they are tender and the liquid has evaporated. Finally add the ham. Drizzle with cooking cream, add mustard and curry. Add salt and pepper, and add as desired. Mix everything well and let the sauce boil briefly.
  • Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve warm with the salad as desired.
  • You can also add various other vegetables to the sauce, eg leeks, corn, etc.
