Preparation steps

  • First, cut the dried tomatoes into small strips and put them in a little warm water so that they can be soaked. Add the algae. Leave everything to soak for about half an hour. Put garlic cloves in a little oil to simmer. Take the tomatoes and algae out of the water and add them to the pot. Wait a few minutes ....
  • .... so water every now and then with a little water until the tomatoes are soft. It is not necessary to add salt to this sauce because tomatoes and algae are salty enough.
  • Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes. Cook the pasta with the potatoes.
  • Add finely chopped mini tomatoes to the saucepan and cook for a few more minutes. Drain the pasta with potatoes and serve in the sauce. Mix everything well and serve sprinkled with freshly ground pepper.
